Notifications consist of two parts:

"Notifications" usually include warnings, reminders or information from the system or application;

"Messages" are personal, direct messages and content aimed at the user.

Email: Option to turn email notifications on or off.

Push Notifications: Option to send instant notifications to mobile devices.

Text Messages: Option to turn SMS notifications on or off.

Phone calls: Option to receive notifications via phone calls.

Preferences can be updated with the "Save" button.
